I’ve never really been into recording music and sounds, that was until I visited my friend and he was just setting the Behringer Xenyx 802 up. My first impression was that it looked basic. That’s not a bad thing though, since when it was being put to the test, boy did it work! We tested out his drum kit with some mics hooked up – worked wonders! My friend even made my rough voice sound decent!

The next step was to hookup another mic, a CD player and his laptop to the Behringer Xenyx 802 and it was so easy to use. The Behringer Xenyx 802 came with an instruction manual but it didn’t seem to be needed. After a short time I knew exactly how to use the dials to our needs.
